Pinneapple Delight

we normally don't make dessert everyday, except for in seeding, and harvest, lately i have been getting tired of the same old desserts, so pinterest has been my best friend! this dessert is super sweet, but super good!
now that the guys were able to finish seeding on monday (happy dance!!) starting today i am cleaning up my diet (except for ice cream...everyone needs ice cream :) so you can expect a lot of sugar free/gluten free desserts coming your way in the next month or so (and if anyone wants to join me with the healthy eating just shoot me a message...a little accountably never hurt no one ;)
now i need to go outside and get the rest of the garden planted, hope you all have a great friday!
