Vanilla Fruit Popsicles

I hope you all are enjoying the last few hours of your long weekend, we farmers usually don't really do the whole long weekend thing, so this afternoon I was working outside all day, and these popsicles were the perfect snack for a hot, humid day.
the yogurt makes them a little more filling than you average popsicle, and except for the sugar in the yogurt, they are sugar free. (but if want to make it completely sugar free i'm sure it would taste great if you substituted the vanilla yogurt for some plain yogurt and some vanilla...of course then you would have to add more coconut sugar as well...lets face it, its just easier to ignore the fact that there is a tiny bit of sugar in it :)

1 cup of frozen fruit (I used pineapple, peaches, strawberries and grapes)
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 a cup water
1-1/2 Tbsp. coconut sugar

- Mix all ingredients together in blender. (I used a Ninja cup)
- Pour into popsicle molds. (I used silicone muffin cups and stuck popsicle sticks in them after they were in the freezer for 30 minutes)
- Freeze.
- ENJOY!
